Mango kulfi


Mango Kulfi

~1 can evaporated milk
~ I can condensed milk
~ 2 ripped mangoes
~ I white bread slice (remove the brown edges and blend it)
~ 1 pint heavy whipping cream.
~ Yellow food color as required.

Method : Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Refrigerate in a bowl for an hr or two. Later, transfer in molds, freeze and enjoy :)

You can make plain kulfi using same method without mangoes and food color. Just add a pinch of cardamom powder, almonds or pistachios(as much as you like) Condensed milk and evaporated milk quantity will be 3/4 can (each) for plain kulfi.

  1. wats evaporated milk and where do i get whipped cream here?

  2. whipped cream is just cream whipped with a beater(here you can buy it in a container), it makes everything more melt in the mouth kind of feeling
    I dont know what the difference is between condensed and evaporated milk, here they come in small cans.
