Makes 1 loaf
- 2 & 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 & 3/4 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp honey
- margarine for greasing pan
2) Grease a large loaf pan and spoon in the mixture. Bake in the oven at 425F for 20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly and turn out of the pan. Serve warm.
